We are looking for a dedicated, passionate software engineer to join one of our agile teams. As software developer within the department B2B & Wholesale IT Products you will be mainly working on the B2B web portals and surrounding applications. If you have fun with software engineering and related principles and if you want to be part of a highly motivated team, we are looking forward to your application.
Aufgaben:

  • Frontend development of the B2B web portal (web shop, business selfcare) in a scrum team
  • Close cooperation with UX/UI designer
  • Creation of CMS components for B2B web portal
  • Clarification and discussion about requirements with the stakeholders
  • Resolving of critical production issues and bug fixing
  • Ongoing optimization of the code base by doing code reviews and other quality-improving activities
  • Contribution to the agile mindset of the company upholding the values of commitment, courage, respect, focus and openness

Anforderungsprofil:

  • At least several years of experience in software engineering (analysis, design, development and testing)
  • Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Solid knowledge of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Experience with component-based development using JavaScript Frameworks such as React, Vue and Angular
  • Understanding and experience in API management (JSON)
  • Thorough experience in defining and applying design standards and patterns
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms
  • Java knowledge especially in the Spring framework is welcome
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle database preferred) is advantage
  • Familiar with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence), but not a must
  • Ability and willingness to learn to code in existing complex environment
  • High degree of understanding good code quality and analytical thinking

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 36.394,- (40 hours/week). Experience shows that the actual salary is at least € 50.000,-.
